This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 177 acre property is located in the town of Spencer Tennessee, Van Buren County hunting unit B. This property sets up very nice with easy access, swamp bottom and plenty of mature oaks. I did find some very large buck tracks while inspecting this hunting lease! There is a power line running from the NW to the SE, lots of deer runs along the power lines. This property has a nice swamp bottom that will definitely hold some nice deer, lots of deer droppings found through out the property. This property drops down when you access from the power lines and has multiple saddles that were being used by the deer. The hardwoods are abundant with large white and red oaks, deer were feeding heavily under them. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only, this property was select cut around 2020. You won't be disappointed with this property, I did see some nice deer taken very close to this one!
